    • Fast track Cat A and B fit-out completed over 16 weeks to create Dealogic’s new London HQ office
    • The works involved the design and fit-out to create new office accommodation to support primarily open plan working with meeting rooms, break-out facilities and ancillary office accommodation provided
    • The interior design solution matches the geometric form of the One New Change building incorporating raked partition walls. The provision of meeting rooms and cellular spaces is focused around the central core to afford staff prominent views of nearby St Paul’s Cathedral
    • Power and data provision was significantly rationalised by efficient furniture selection and use of new AV/VC technology which mitigates the need for traditional AV rack set-up
