Orion Gate required the fit-out of four floors, including a commercial training kitchen and tasting rooms, and a ground floor conference and meeting room suite.

The existing building did not have the required capacity to support the test kitchen which necessitated an upgrade to the sub-station, new gas supply to the building as well as a planning application to support the changes need for the associated plant and louvre works.

The upper office floors were designed with a focus on staff integration of a number of different brands having consolidated to one location from a number of previous offices. The works include the creation of a 5th floor staff area with barista bar, seating and an external terrace area.
