A brand-new high quality 130,000 sq. ft. office and retail development in a prime location on Kensington High Street. Boots, an existing Occupier completed fitting out their basement and ground floor spaces in the run to Christmas 2021 whilst the wider scheme was still under construction. The rest of the building achieved Practical Completion in Q2 2022 and we are presently working with Ashby Capital with the incoming occupiers.​

HUSH was appointed to manage the Occupier fit-out approval process. HUSH engaged with both the basebuild design, and Building Management teams, to produce a bespoke Fit-out Guide for Boots, the other Retail areas and the Office areas. ​

For Boots, the process involved reviewing the existing Boots Licence to Alter (LtA) documentation that had been submitted and co-ordinating the proposed fit-out design, with the existing basebuild M&E services, to ensure the proposed works comply with the AfL and the tenant fit-out guide. Fit-out guides, for the other Retail areas, and Office areas, have been completed. As the building is being let, HUSH are engaging with new tenants to review, and approve the proposed fit-out works. HUSH are also monitoring all works on-site, sign-off the works, as in accordance with the LtA and fit-out guides. We will then co-ordinate all LtA documentation, as required, to complete any Licences in accordance with the Leases.
