Major refurbishment of an office building in The City of London carried out in 6 sections.

The lower ground floor and ground floor were fitted out to Cat B for occupation of the London Chamber of Commerce and the rest of the building to shell & core, which was then fitted out by WeWork as a serviced office.

WeWork took occupation of the building to carry out their fit out prior to completion of the shell & core & Cat B works.
