Project & Development Management appointed to manage the project through planning and construction ensuring the maximum office and retail space was achieved on a tight site on the edge of Richmond Town Centre.
Works involved the demolition of existing retail and office scheme to create a new scheme comprising 20,000 sq.ft. retail unit pre-let to Wholefoods and 35,000 sq.ft. of Cat A office space.
The scheme achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” rating, had over 20% on site renewable energy including ground source cooling.
The planning process involved numerous Rights of Light studies which resulted in a scheme being designed to limit any claims from adjoining owners.
