Appointed to manage the project through planning and construction, HUSH’s role ensured the maximum office and retail space was achieved on a tight site on the edge of Richmond Town Centre.

Works involved the demolition of existing retail and office scheme to create a new scheme comprising 20,000 sq.ft. retail unit pre-let to Wholefoods and 35,000 sq.ft. of Cat A office space.

The scheme achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” rating, with the addition of the ground source heat pump and over 20% on site renewable energy.

The planning process involved numerous Rights of Light studies which resulted in a scheme being designed to limit any claims from adjoining owners.
