HUSH were appointed to manage the tenant fit-out approval process and license to alter submission for the multiple incoming tenants occupying the new 17 storey Cat A office development completed by Helical. Tenants varied from Legal, Insurance and Technology sector. One tenant took 8 floors and installed an interconnecting staircase spanning five floors. The approval process also involved the review of the Illy café fit-out within the reception area and the dedicated retail unit.

We re-worked the existing Tenant Fit-out Guide in conjunction with the managing agent to make this more appropriate for the building and user friendly.

A separate temporary access control system was installed to manage the access and egress for the fit-out phase to construction operative security.

HUSH were additionally appointed as contract administrator to manage a package of tenant enabling works including a demise separation, reception fit-out and a protection and access package.
