A brand-new high quality 130,000 sq. ft. office and retail development in a prime location on Kensington High Street. Boots, an existing Tenant, are currently fitting out their basement and ground floor spaces for completion in mid-December 2021. The rest of the building achieves Practical Completion in Q1 2022.

HUSH was appointed to manage the Tenant Fit-out approval process. HUSH engaged with both the basebuild design, and Building Management teams, to produce a bespoke Fit-out Guide for Boots, the other Retail areas and the Office areas.

For Boots, the process involved reviewing the existing Boots License to Alter (LtA) documentation that had been submitted and co-ordinating the proposed fit-out design, with the existing basebuild M&E services, to ensure the proposed works comply with the AfL and the Tenant Fit-out Guide. Boots site works are currently being monitored to ensure compliance.

Fit-out guides, for the other Retail areas, and Office areas, have been completed. Once the building has been let, HUSH will engage with new Tenants to review, and approve the proposed fit-out works. HUSH will then monitor all works on-site, sign-off the works, as in accordance with the LtA and fit-out guides. We will then co-ordinate all LtA documentation, as required, to complete any Licenses in accordance with the Leases
