Refurbishment of a 2,500 ft2 high-end residential property at Hyde Park Mansions, London. The works included a soft strip-out demolition contract which was carried out prior to the main contract works commencing in order to commercially de-risk the tender period for both the Contractor and Client, whilst achieving a programme gain for the client.
