| Dealogic’s 38,000 sq.ft. combined Cat A and B fit outs were completed over 16 weeks, from a shell and core standard to an office accommodation on the 3rd floor of the building. The new office accommodation primarily supported open plan working with meeting rooms, break-out facilities and ancillary office space. Power and data provision were significantly rationalised by efficient furniture selection and use of new AV/VC technology which mitigates the need for traditional AV rack set-up. The interior design solution matches the geometric form of the One New Change building incorporating raked partition walls. The provision of meeting rooms and cellular spaces is focused around the central core to afford staff prominent views of nearby St Pauls Cathedral. |
