We were responsible for project managing the team from concept, design, tender process and the on-site monitoring and contract administration of the construction works, within 4 months from inception to completion.

The scope of works comprised the Cat B fit-out to create an open plan, office space for approximately 170 staff, with large kitchen and collaboration space and meeting rooms to the reception area.

The works allowed for the provision of a sublet space of circa 2,500 sq.ft. and explored the option to fit out the space concurrent with Cundall’s requirements day 1, in preparation for future expansion.

The environmentally conscious fit out has sought to comply with BREEAM, SKA and WELL Standards.

This office fit out is the first to achieve WELL Standards compliance in Europe.
