| HUSH provided ongoing Project Management and Real Estate advice to Browns Fashion in their search for their first new store in 20 years in Shoreditch, London. The project involved creating a luxury boutique within a former print factory, continuing Browns heritage in innovation and pioneering design to create a Browns environment that brings fashion, art, innovative technology, events and food and beverage into a single space. We worked with Brinkworth, BAP and 21 Construction to deliver the fast track retail fit out to create Browns debut Store of the Future, integrating technology and moveable fixtures and sculptural forms to create a continually changing, flexible space, that can be adapted to consumers changing habits and industry trends, creating a new experience on each visit to the store. |
