Creation of a four-floor luxury retail space at 39 Brook Street, London, a Grade II* Listed Building. The Browns store maintains the existing heritage and traditional aesthetic, juxtaposed with opulent and minimalist furniture structures. It also provides an immersive retail environment for customers, 28 cover restaurant with basement kitchen and landscaped secluded courtyard.

HUSH monitored the Landlord’s basebuild works in accordance with lease agreements, supporting phased planning and Listed Building applications, alcohol licensing application support and contract administration of six separate construction/ delivery contracts.

We worked with an array of diverse and specialist consultants to deliver the overall vision and customer experience for our client to include catering designer, AV consultant, fire consultant, Italian Millworker, Integrated technology specialist, IT and structured cabling consultant and Artisan trades, Fit out contractor T&B undertook the construction delivery under a Design and Build contract working alongside the millworker and integrated technology specialist as client direct engagement.
