The Grade II* Listed Browns store maintains the existing heritage and traditional aesthetic, juxtaposed with opulent and minimalist furniture structures. The four-floor luxury retail space also provides an immersive retail environment for customers, a 28-cover restaurant with basement kitchen and landscaped secluded courtyard.

HUSH monitored the Landlord’s basebuild works in accordance with lease agreements, supporting phased planning and Listed Building applications, alcohol licensing support and contract administration of six separate construction/delivery contracts.

We worked with an array of diverse and specialist consultants to deliver the overall vision and customer experience for our client to include catering designer, AV consultant, fire consultant, Italian Millworker, Integrated technology specialist, IT and structured cabling consultant and Artisan trades, Fit out contractor T&B undertook the construction delivery under a Design and Build contract working alongside the millworker and integrated technology specialist as client direct engagement.
