The development consists of five separate blocks ranging from Historically Listed to 1980’s, collectively set aside by the client to fulfil the off-site residential commitments of 4 commercial developments in Westminster.

Realising the difficulties that contractors face on such a development severely limited the procurement options available. Understanding the current market and a knowledge of contracting allowed HUSH and the team to develop a procurement strategy to ensure this demanding scheme would be appealing to the market and this in turn informed the pre-qualification of contractors who could offer the best value for the client.

Whilst significantly restrained by the planning requirements and the physical constraints of the site the scheme was refined to provide the best value on a true fast track programme for our client.
