20 Farringdon Street is a 8,000 sq m Grade A office accommodation arranged over 11 column-free floors with 6 external terraces. Occupying a prominent corner position, the reception boasts a bespoke lighting installation designed by Acrylicize, a feature double width single means of escape staircase and fully glazed wrap allowing maximum natural light into the building.
HUSH was appointed by HB Reavis to manage the Occupier Fit-out approval process. HUSH engaged with the base build design team to produce a bespoke Fit-out Guide.
The process involved reviewing the existing License to Alter (LtA) documentation that had been submitted and co-ordinating the proposed fit-out design, with the existing basebuild M&E services, to ensure the works undertaken complied with the AfL and the Occupier Fit-out Guide.
Site works were then monitored to ensure works complied with LtA. Following completion of the fit-out all O&M’s were collated and issued to Landlord.
We liaised with the Landlord’s solicitors to ensure the relevant information was extracted from the O&M’s for inclusion in the final LtA documentation.
As contract administrator we also managed a package of enabling works, including a protection and access package.
