Selco and City Circle

The development comprises two industrial units;
– 34,000 sq.ft B8 unit pre let to Selco Builders Merchant to be completed to Shell and Core
– 11,000 sq.ft Sui Generis Unit pre let to a coach company – City Circle, with 25% first floor offices completed to a Cat A finish.The scheme was designed to RIBA Stage 3/4 taking into consideration the tenants specific requirements whilst not compromising on future lettability.

Planning submitted for the site and consented in September 2016 subject to completion of the S106.

The scheme was procured through a design and build contract with works completed in July 2017.
