As Covid-19 vaccinations continue apace and the UK government has published plans to ease the country out of lockdown into a post-pandemic world, organisations and property developers are actively looking at ways to increase the use of smart building technology.
Even once the first lockdown was eased, and there was a limited opportunity to return to the office, the new homeworkers didn’t leap at the chance. Will the City see tumbleweed blowing down its empty streets, collecting in the doorways of boarded-up office blocks?
Developers and builders must comply with the Building Regulations. This applies to new construction as well as property extensions.
